Markoulakis Publications is a publisher and bookseller of books on humanities, social sciences and the arts. Many of these titles are available to booksellers on a trade basis which includes trade discount and low shipping / postage costs.

Discounts
We offer a trade discount for our published titles up to 35%. For any other title – not published by us – we offer discount(s) of up to 25% and applies to all publications of British publishers.

Postage and packing
Postage and packing is an extra on all orders. Our standard charge to UK addresses is of £3.40, all overseas postage is variable and is charged by weight, however we seek to provide the service with the minimum of £4.50 per item.

Payment
Invoices are due for settlement 30 days from the invoice date, without the need for a statement. However, new UK as well as overseas’ customers may be requested to pay in advance. All ordered items remain the property of the Markoulakis Publications until paid for in full.

Returns
All books are supplied on the basis of firm sale. In the case of a sale or return the details must be negotiated in advance. An authorization prior for all returns is required and the invoice information is required to be present and quoted. Full credit will only be issued if the returned items are in a salable condition. Markoulakis Publications retains the right to determine the salable condition of returned books. The period of eligibility for returns is 60 days for UK orders and 30 days for overseas sales from invoice date. Any non authorized returns will not be credited. It has to be noted that the above terms apply only to books published by Markoulakis Publications. Please review our full Return Policy.

Payment Methods
We accept Bank Orders and Checks payable to UK Banks, as well as Bank Transfers – our Bank details will be delivered with the Invoice or the Pro Forma Invoice. For any of the above payment method there are no bank charges. If paying direct to our bank account, please send us a separate remittance advice.
